With a background in Strategy and Operations from MDI Gurgaon, Nihar has built products across sectors before focusing fully on edtech. A self-taught expert in extended reality, he specialises in creating impactful, curriculum-aligned VR learning solutions that are now used by institutions across geographies.

Driven by a belief in education as a social equaliser, Nihar has also launched initiatives like Fascination and Pustak to support literacy and learning outcomes in underserved communities.

Outside of work, he’s a nature enthusiast, history explorer, and lifelong learner, always curious about the world and how we make sense of it.

Rajat has worked extensively with universities and enterprises to drive the adoption of future-ready technologies that align with evolving institutional goals.

Known for his strategic clarity and client-first approach, Rajat excels at building lasting partnerships, identifying scalable growth opportunities, and guiding institutions through successful digital change initiatives.

Siddharth leads iXR Labs’ partnerships and expansion in the United Kingdom, building strategic relationships with academic institutions to advance immersive learning adoption across higher education.

With over two decades of experience in international trade, education strategy, and business development, Siddharth has worked with more than 15 UK universities and over 1,000 businesses across the UK, Europe, and India. His expertise lies in bridging institutional goals with emerging technologies that enhance academic delivery and student outcomes.
